We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the item cost (shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility).
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in brand new, unused condition.
- It must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and paperwork.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Customized items (such as engraved products) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Returns sent back without prior approval from our customer service will not be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo(s) or video(s) showing the issue and original packaging if damaged.

Lost or Stolen Packages
EDCTitan.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Important Note
All refund, return, or replacement requests must be pre-approved and include photo or video evidence if related to product damage or defect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. You may use any carrier of your choice. Please send the item to the following address and include your order number inside the package.
